Arkansas....version 2010
Ozark to Home
It is now Saturday evening and we have made it to Ozark, Arkansas. After
checking into our rooms, we headed to a nice quiet restaurant for some dinner.
We were sitting in the back room having a good time when all of a sudden the
quiet part just disappeared and the fun began to take over. Not just ordinary fun,
but Tony's rides type of fun. We didn't think we were getting too loud. If you will
notice in the photos below, there is a picture of some doors. These are the doors
that were closed by the waitress for some reason. That just meant we were left
all alone without any supervision..........What a mistake.
Restaurant in Ozark
Can you tell we were left unsupervised?
They closed one and that didn't even slow down the
fun so they came back later and closed the other one.
The doors of doom...
If you will notice in the pic on the right, the doors are
still open. Could this little demonstration by Tom and
Lynn be part of the reason for the doors being closed?
Do we really need to know what
and how you did what you did
that kept some people up last
night?
Trudy asked for a fire at the motel that
evening. Bret, being the nice guy, built
her a fire there in the parking lot.
3 days with me and still smiles on their faces.
Our group headed for the Pig Trail.
Sunday morning skies in Ozark.
Some Pig Trail pics.
Met these fine folks at Turner Bend on the Pig Trail.
They were fun and really did want me in their pics.
Had fun with them while we were there.

Next stop was in Eureka Springs for a little shopping at
Pig Trail Harley and the leather shops downtown.
I thought we all went to the Harley shop.
Took one of my famous alternate routes and
found this little gem of a park or whatever it was.
Then back to Noel via Hiways 62 in
Arkansas and 90 in Missouri.
These were some fun roads to ride.
A short stop in Pea Ridge
to put on our helmets.
Back into Noel with rain expected later that night.
Had time for a little ride down by the river then to dinner for
some good Mexican food. Sauce was just a little hot.
On the right you
will see Stephen
getting ready to
order.
Not a problem.
If you will notice,
the menu had
pictures.
That night at the motel, another fire and many
regrets that we had to leave for home the next
day. What a beautiful evening.
The next morning, after an overnight rain shower, it was into town for breakfast at the
Hog Shop then head home. I let Stephen lead us for a while and he did a good job of
leading us right into a rain storm. Didn't dampen anyone's spirits, just their clothes.
Made the wall at
the Hog Shop.
Parked under the awning at the motel.
