| Once again, I would like to thank those of you who traveled with me on my latest adventure. It made it so much more enjoyable for me to see the joy on your faces as you witnessed the same things I did for the first time. I just hope you will join me again next time on whatever journey I come up with. Thank you so, so much. |
| It was cool and overcast but the group was ready for a road trip. We met in Eudora and headed to Wellsville to pick up Scott and Karen then on to breakfast in Osawattomie. After a hearty meal we headed south on our journey. First stop was at Big Brutus in West Mineral, Ks. |

| From there we headed to Noel, Mo. for the night. Carrie and Justin, owners of the motel, checked us in and made us feel welcome and loved, just as they do every time we stay with them. Later, off to dinner at Cotton eyed Joe's complete with a good buffet and lots of fun and laughter from all. |

| Saturday morning was once again cool and overcast, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the day's ride. After a good breakfast in downtown Noel, we headed south to Devil's Den state park. Our leader, and what a wonderful leader he was, never once got lost, or should I say, needed to take an alternate route. What a fantastic ride to the park. |

| From Devil's Den we headed to Ozark, Ark. for the night. I would recommend the trip on Arkansas 74 in and out of the park. Fantastic. Had our ears popping due to the elevation change. Switch backs were plentiful and fun. |

| Found this little city of Winslow on the way to Ozark. Pretty much the whole downtown was in one long building. Had a passenger train come through while we were there. |
